League of Legends Lecture

Before millions of players, billions in revenue, and massive esports tournaments that draw in 100 million spectators, League of Legends was a game that barely existed. And the version that did exist was not particularly good. The founders of Riot Games had a secret plan: to build the best MOBA in the world, but also to be the most player-focused studio on the planet.

In the course of a match, League of Legends players engage in countless scenarios that give rise to tension between them and their opponents. While skilled and tactful players can often massage these tense moments out of existence, they can just as easily escalate into full-on fights that culminate in much of the toxic behavior the game is known for.

Whether you play League as a hobby, an escape from the real world, or a way to blow off steam after a long day of work or school, League of Legends has something to offer everyone: an ever-expanding roster of champions to learn and master; a diverse community to socialize with; and a competitive ranked system where you can test your skills against some of the best players in the world. But if you’re dedicated to large skill growth or playing at a competitive level, it’s important to view the game as more than just a time sink.

In this lecture, Nicholas “NicoThePico” Korsgard, a high-level competitive League of Legends coach who has achieved challenger tier in 3 different roles, will teach you how to use the game’s replay tool and other tools to analyze your gameplay and improve your performance. You’ll learn how to optimize your gaming environment, break into the eSports scene, and become a better competitor.  롤대리
